Effective Date: 03/10/2025 LawAssist Concierge LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to providing high-quality legal concierge and research services. Due to the nature of our services, we have a strict refund policy to ensure fairness and transparency. By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy. 1️⃣ No Refund Policy (Once Research Begins) Our one-time service fee is non-refundable once we begin researching and matching you with attorneys. This is because our services involve immediate labor, resources, and research that cannot be reversed. 🚫 You are NOT eligible for a refund if: ✔ Research on your case has started. ✔ You have received attorney referrals. ✔ You decide not to use the attorney referrals we provide. ✔ An attorney declines your case (attorney acceptance is not guaranteed). ✔ You change your mind after making a payment. 2️⃣ Refund Eligibility (Before Research Begins) ✅ You may request a partial refund only if: ✔ You contact us before we start researching your case. ✔ You cancel your request within 1 hour of payment and research has not started. 📌 If approved, eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. 3️⃣ Chargeback & Dispute Policy 🚫 Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving services is considered fraud and will result in the following actions: ✔ Immediate termination of services. ✔ Submission of proof to the payment processor to dispute the chargeback. ✔ Possible legal action for fraudulent disputes. 📌 We strongly encourage contacting us first at info@lawassistconcierge.com before initiating any disputes. 4️⃣ Service Not as Expected? Let Us Fix It!
